Zsolt graduated in law from the Janus Pannonius University in 1999. He has practised as an attorney-at-law since 2003 and is a member of the Budapest Bar Association.

In 2007, he founded this law firm, where he currently continues his legal practice as a partner. He has managed the law office since 2007. He has been involved in the activities of the Society for Housing Construction and Renovation since 2006. In 2008, he represented the Society in the activities of the Consultative Council for National Housing Policy and, in 2012, the Consultative Council for Housing Construction.
